1. Introduction
Welcome to IOPlink. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and proprietary network of Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs). By accessing or using IOPlink, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services
IOPlink provides a marketing and connection platform for participating IOPs. We facilitate the connection between individuals seeking recovery services and qualified programs within our private network. IOPlink does not provide medical, clinical, or therapeutic services and does not receive compensation based on patient admissions.

3. Proprietary Network
All information regarding IOPlink’s network of IOPs (the “Network”) is proprietary and confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, program details, availability, and terms of participation. Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or use of this information is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Terms
Participating IOPs pay a flat-rate marketing and network access fee. No payment is made based on individual patient admissions, to remain compliant with anti-kickback and referral regulations.

5. No Medical Advice
IOPlink does not provide medical advice or endorse any specific treatment plan. All clinical decisions remain solely with the patient and the chosen IOP.

6. Privacy and Data Use
We collect and store data solely for the purpose of facilitating connections and maintaining our network. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Limitation of Liability
IOPlink is not responsible for:
 

• The accuracy, completeness, or honesty of information provided by patients or program participants.

• Any misuse of the platform by patients, family members, or third parties.

• Outcomes related to treatment decisions, including but not limited to admission acceptance, program participation, relapse, or recovery success.

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

All users acknowledge that IOPlink is a connection platform only and assumes no liability for the actions, omissions, or results of any party involved.

8. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if a participant violates these Terms or engages in conduct harmful to patients, the network, or the integrity of our services.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
